This complete Idaho Real Estate Pre-License package contains everything you need to start your real estate career.

Pre-License Module 1 is the first step in obtaining your real estate license.  45 hours of comprehensive education introduces you to the basics of real estate. Immerse yourself in terminology, basic principles of land ownership, and the transfer of titles.  This is a week-long course (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm).

Pre-License Module 2 is the second step in obtaining your real estate license.  45 hours of comprehensive education introduces you to sales contracts, representation agreements, and disclosure requirements in real estate transactions.  This is also a week-long course (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm).

Exam Prep is the third and final step.  This intensive three-hour session is designed to reinforce your understanding of key concepts, sharpen your test-taking skills, and boost your overall confidence on exam day.

All live courses take place at the Real Estate Academy of Idaho – Boise, 2512 W Navigator Dr, Ste. 100 Meridian, ID. Modules are from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. Exam Prep is from 9am-12pm on the Thursday following the end of Module 2 each month. All remote classes are via Zoom and follow along with the live class.
