This complete Idaho Real Estate Pre-License package contains everything you need to start your real estate career.

Pre-License Module 1 is the first step in obtaining your real estate license.  45 hours of comprehensive education introduces you to the basics of real estate. Immerse yourself in terminology, basic principles of land ownership, and the transfer of titles.  This is a week-long course.

Pre-License Module 2 is the second step in obtaining your real estate license.  45 hours of comprehensive education introduces you to sales contracts, representation agreements, and disclosure requirements in real estate transactions.  This is also a week-long course.

Exam Prep is the third and final step.  This intensive three-hour session is designed to reinforce your understanding of key concepts, sharpen your test-taking skills, and boost your overall confidence on exam day.
