We are thrilled to welcome you to your new career in real estate! Our North Idaho real estate school provides in-person pre-licensing courses in Idaho as well as continuing education credits for your annual license renewals.

Our philosophy is to maintain the highest standards in professional education, while sharing our personal experiences (that's right, our instructors are highly experienced with long careers in real estate), and have fun doing it.

As a fully accredited real estate licensing school, our courses are backed by IREC and local boards.

In-Person Education

Virtual learning is great but nothing beats in-person training with direct access to your instructors.
