Brief info

I’m not a local, but I’m not far from it. I grew up in a small town in central Kansas. When I came to north Idaho, it felt like home.

I’ve been licensed for nine of the seventeen years I’ve lived here. Between Kansas and Idaho, I spent some time in California; I understand why this is such an amazing place to live. When I was selling, my clients appreciate my rigorous honesty, top-tier service, and tenacity in pursuit of their goals. In 2021 I was offered a management position at Tomlinson Sotheby’s International Realty. Currently I’m the managing broker at the Coeur d Alene office, where I strive to provide the same thing to our agents: rigorous honesty, top-tier service, and tenacity in pursuit of their goals. Sotheby’s International Realty has some of the most accomplished and knowledgeable agents in the world, including our local SIR offices in Coeur d'Alene and Sandpoint.

Knowing the Area
My sales experience in north Idaho included homes in town, condos, land, waterfront, homes on land… even off-grid living. What we have here goes far beyond the idea of “living where others vacation”. North Idaho is more than lakes and ski hills. I can tell you where to score the best antique and thrift store finds, where to find the best shooting range, and where to venture off the beaten path. I won’t give directions to my favorite huckleberry spot, but I can show you how to find your own.
