Questions About Becoming A Real Estate Agent in Idaho
The exam is administered through Pearson Vue. Head to www.pearsonvue.com, type “Idaho Real Estate” in the search bar for finding your exam program. Follow the steps from there.
120 questions total: 80 for the national portion and 40 for the state portion. You must pass with 70% or better.
The Idaho real estate license exam costs $80.
You have up to 3 years.
Most Pearson Vue testing centers will also do fingerprinting.
No, the background check has to come back before the license will be issued but you can take the exam at any point prior to that.
We only offer salesperson pre-license classes at this time.
We offer live classes at our Coeur d’Alene location. We offer live or hybrid (following along via Zoom with the live class) classes at our Boise location. We do not have evening classes or work-at-your-own-pace classes. However, we are partnered with The CE Shop and they do offer online course work.
