Brief info

Eric has been a Realtor^® since 1995 after receiving a Business degree from Washington State University. During his career he started as a sales associate specializing in residential new construction and re-sale he quickly became one of the top sales associates. In 2003 he transitioned to being Managing Broker/Owner then became the Designated Broker of a large brokerage in 2014. Throughout that time he trained and mentored hundreds of new agents. His success as a trainer has led him to his current position as Director of Training for Real Estate Academy of Idaho and Real Estate Academy of Washington.

Eric’s passion for the industry is exhibited in the classes he teaches using humor and real examples to give context to many of the principles that help launch a successful career.
