  2. I’m 67yrs young… Am I to old to start learning to become a realtor agent? How much does it cost total ?

    You are never too old to become a real estate agent! The first step is to take the Prelicense Classes we have. There are 2 Modules, and you need to pass both to be able to take the State/Federal exams.
